We are constantly adding new features and services to our website, and today is no exception.
Today, we have launched a new powerful button to give you the ability to cancel an order within your My Account > Orders dashboard.

You are able to cancel your order and obtain a refund at any time while it’s status is “Processing”. You order will become “On Hold” when we start to record your video. Your order will stay on hold, until the video is processed and uploaded to your “My Readings” area.
Once the upload is complete, your order will become “Completed”. You will automatically be notified by email that your order is online and waiting for you in your “My Readings” area.
Due to the services we provide, once the order becomes “On hold” you no longer are able to cancel / request a refund. For more information about this, please read our FAQs page.
