It’s been a long wait, but with the new launch of Village Memberships, Coffee Mornings are making their triumphant return. Coffee Mornings are an amazing way for the village to get to know each other in a more intimate way. It’s a voice chat in the Village Hall (our Discord Server), where we can discuss and support each other.
At the beginning of the chitchat, we review the group to see if there are any particular subjects they wish to cover during the meeting. Otherwise, we can talk about any subject / have a free-for-all, as long as it is respectful. Sometimes, it’s been known to turn in to a teaching moment. Sometimes, it turns silly with games and talking about what people have watched on Netflix recently.
What to bring
- A beverage (Coffee, obviously) and snacks
- At least one subject we can talk about (optional)
- Have your journal and pen nearby, there maybe homework or a learning moment you may wish to jot down.
It’s always been a favourite of the Village, and it’s very exciting to be bringing it back.
